-Purchase CE credit for each course that needs CE credit or you will not be able to access the CE certificate through your CCIM Institute My Account.

Before the course starts:

-Complete your CCIM profile with your CE license/s information under the Professional Licenses tab in My Account. Enter the license type, number, state, and expiration date.

If your real estate commission requires it, you must pass the course with the qualifying score.

To obtain CE credit, during course registration you (not the Chapter or course instructor) MUST complete the following steps after completing this class but BEFORE the end of the day of this class. If you register for this class no later than 2 weeks before the class date, you will receive two (2) separate emails from the Institute with specific instructions. One email will be from "CE Credit" ([email protected])", and the second email will reference the title of this class and the class date. A short summary of these steps is below. We highly encourage you to refer to the two (2) aforementioned emails to ensure your request for CE is complete and processed so that you can receive the CE. Here is the short list of steps you should expect to complete to ensure you will obtain CE credit, if completed correctly in their entirety :

1) Create an account on www.ccim.com (this does NOT require membership) or if you already have an account, log into your CCIM account.

2) You MUST ensure your CCIM account profile includes your CE license information (in the "Professional Licenses" section of your profile) with state and license number.

3) While you're still logged into your CCIM Account, click on "My Course (eCampus) at the top right hand corner of the webpage, which will redirect you to another website where CCIM classes are managed.

4) You MUST do 2 things from the My Course (eCampus) website: (i) "Verify Course Completion", and (ii) complete the "Course Evaluation".
